The more that emerges about the New York Times’s treasonous disclosure of the once-secret SWIFT/Terrorist Finance Tracking Program, the more unsavory its treachery appears. The Bush-hating paper’s shameless self-justifications for its misdeeds look ever flimsier. Its inadequate excuses have disappeared into a cyclone of self-contradiction. Strict punishment for the Times’s crimes (and it has behaved criminally) is in order.

First, The Times’s June 23 story on the CIA and Treasury Department’s efforts to follow terrorists’ money was no isolated incident. It is one of at least four instances in which the self-appointed “Paper of Record” imprudently has told terrorists and terror suspects that they were being watched. In addition to the SWIFT story, the Times:

Can anyone explain how the Plame "leak" was harmful to our country and a supposedly impeachable offense, (It must be killing some Mindsay liberals that their personal Satan, Karl Rove, will not be prosecuted) and these leaks are somehow good for the country?

Snicker snicker, giggle chortle.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, ( pounding fist on arm of chair) ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, ( wiping tears from eyes) ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ( almost literally falling out of chair, I should probably stop now, before I hurt myself).

I love finding this shit. You just know this guy is the most annoying type of self-righteous bastard, preaching to everyone about how what we're doing is wrong, and he and his buddies are the moral authority for the 21st century. Then he goes and does this.

Happy 4th of July! I saw an article in the paper today about Rick Monday returning his flag to Dodger Stadium.
For those who didn't see it, on April 25, 1976, Monday, then an outfielder for the Cubs, saw two men, presumably jimschweizer and causticveracity, ( Allright, I can't prove that.) attempting to set a flag on fire in the outfield. He took the flag from them, and has kept it since then.

I was listening to Sean Hannity last week just before the flag desecration amendment came to a vote in the Senate, and heard a Marine officer telling him, "It makes me physically ill to see the flag burning". The average liberal just can't comprehend this, but I think I have the solution. We must respond in kind.

We must take their most prized symbol, that which represents all their hopes and dreams for a better world, and publicly burn it. Thats right, I say burn the UN flag! ( Or the French flag, whichever.)

I didn't really mind seeing the Amendment fail, though. Following the example of Rick Monday, I believe the best antidote to flag burning is a few patriots and some fire extinguishers.

Yes! Woohoo! Hellyeah!

That traitorous bastard Michael Moore is getting sued! If this blog could play music, "Ode to Joy" would be filling your ears right now. I'm sure the leftists you know think that Moore "Speaks Truth to Power", and exposes the lies and dirty laundry of the elites. In "Fahrenheit 9/11" Moore took a clip of a wounded Soldier and used it completely out of proportion.

To the soldier, Sgt. Peter Damon, I would say two things:

1. Sir, Thank You for your service, and your sacrifice.

2. Take every dime he owns.

Oh Ravager, Where are you?

The ACLU is going to start censoring itself. Ah, the irony. From complaining about the surveillence of terrorists, and defending the residents of Club Gitmo, to worrying about their board members "fiduciary duty"?

It's good to have things to laugh at.
